Spice
Mixes
|
In some of the
recipes given on this site certain spice mixes are used that are a bit
different form the ones you can buy. For that reason they are given
here. These recipes all have in common that you need a mortar or
electric spice grinder to make them. After grinding the resulting spice
mixes should be stored dark and airtight to keep the flavour fresh as
long as possible.
